2. Damage, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, Defective, or Different from what you, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request assistance, please provide:

Your order number.

Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Photos of the product and original packaging.

Please do not install, alter, wash, color, bleach or otherwise manipulate the hair before contacting us about a potential product issue.

After reviewing your claim, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
